HOW CAN I PURCHASE A PRODUCT?
You can make a purchase on www.stimm.com either by registering or as a guest and adding the desired products to the cart.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASES?
You can pay for your purchases via:

IS PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD SAFE?
For credit card payments we use the secure SSL system: upon order confirmation, credit card data will be transferred to the card manager, via a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted connection, for authorization and debit. A secure and risk-free procedure that protects you from any possible abuse.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
If you have chosen to pay for the products with PayPal or credit card:

In the event that you have chosen to pay for your order by bank transfer, delivery times start from receipt of the payment slip or, in the absence of this, from the day the payment is credited to STIMM's current account.
CAN I RETURN PURCHASED PRODUCTS?
Yes, You have the option to request authorization to return the products purchased within fourteen working days from the date of delivery of the order.
In order to return the products you will have to send a communication to the email address resi@stimm.com.
If you wish to return the purchased products, you must have them delivered to the following address:

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Italy
Free for orders over €130
€10.00 for orders under €130
For Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia and islands, delivery may take an additional day.
Abroad
In this case, shipping costs are calculated and indicated on the order confirmation screen.
Shipping costs vary depending on the place of delivery, weight, quantity and size of the packages.

STIMM reserves the right to store the data of each order and customer contact details.
We will use this information only to allow the correct execution of orders (management of payment, execution of the Order and/or shipment of the items), any claims regarding the warranty of the items and/or recommendations or instructions to customers regarding the items. The storage and processing of data will take place in accordance with the content of the privacy policy on the protection and use of personal data by STIMM.
