HOW CAN I PURCHASE A PRODUCT?

You can make a purchase on www.stimm.com either by registering or as a guest and adding the desired products to your cart.

IS PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD SAFE?

For credit card payments, we use a secure SSL system: upon order confirmation, your credit card information will be transferred to the card issuer via a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted connection for authorization and processing. This secure and risk-free process protects you from any potential abuse.

 

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

If you have chosen to pay for the products with PayPal, Scalapay or by credit card:

Italy

Delivery times:
Within 2-5 working days from the delivery of the package

Abroad

Delivery times:
Within 5 working days from the delivery of the package

If you choose to pay for your order by bank transfer, delivery times begin from the day the payment is credited to STIMM's account and the package is handed over to us.

CAN I RETURN PURCHASED PRODUCTS?

Yes, You have the option to request authorization to return purchased products within fourteen working days of the order's delivery date.
To return products, you must send a notification to resi@stimm.com.

If you wish to return the purchased products, you must have them delivered to the following address:

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Italy

Free for orders over €160
€10.00 for orders under €160

For Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia, and the islands, delivery may take an additional day.

Abroad

In this case, shipping costs are calculated and indicated on the order confirmation screen.
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location, weight, quantity, and size of the packages.

HOW IS MY PERSONAL DATA PROTECTED?

STIMM reserves the right to store the data of each order and customer contact details.
We will use this information only to enable the proper fulfillment of orders (payment processing, order fulfillment, and/or item shipping), any warranty claims, and/or recommendations or instructions to customers regarding the items. Data storage and processing will be conducted in accordance with the privacy policy. on the protection and use of personal data by STIMM.
