HOW CAN I PURCHASE A PRODUCT?

You can make a purchase on www.stimm.com either by registering or as a guest and adding the desired products to your cart.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASES?

You can pay for your purchases using:

IS CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SECURE?

For credit card payments, we use the secure SSL system: upon order confirmation, credit card details will be transferred to the card issuer, via a secure encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection, for authorization and debit. This is a secure and risk-free procedure that protects you from any possible misuse.

 

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

If you have chosen to pay for products with PayPal, Scalapay or credit card:

Italy

Delivery times:
Within 2-5 business days from package handover

Abroad

Delivery times:
Within 5 business days from package handover

If you have chosen to pay for your order via bank transfer, delivery times start from the day the payment is credited to STIMM's bank account and the package is handed over.

 

CAN I RETURN PURCHASED PRODUCTS?

Yes, you have the option to request authorization to return purchased products within fourteen working days from the order delivery date.
To return products, you must send a communication to the email address resi@stimm.com.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Italy

Free for orders over €160
€10.00 for orders under €160

For Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia, and the islands, delivery may take an additional day.

Abroad

In this case, shipping costs are calculated and indicated on the order confirmation screen.
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location, weight, quantity, and bulk of the packages.

 

HOW IS MY PERSONAL DATA PROTECTED?

STIMM reserves the right to retain the data of each order and customer contact details.
We will use this information only to allow the correct execution of orders (payment management, order execution and/or item shipment), any claims regarding item warranty, and/or recommendations or instructions to customers concerning items. Data retention and processing will be carried out in accordance with the content of the privacy policy on data protection and use by STIMM.
