Gift card

1. Main features

  • It can be purchased exclusively online on the stimm.com website
  • It is non-refundable
  • It is valid for 365 days from the date of issue

  • Upon expiration, the Gift Card can no longer be usable or refundable.

2. Purchase methods

1- Choose the amount of the Online Gift Card
2- Enter the recipient's email address and the date the Gift Card will be sent
3- Add a personalized message
4- Click on "Add to cart", fill in the required data
5- Complete the payment
6- The recipient will receive the E-Gift Card and your greeting message by email

3. How to use it

  • The Gift Card can be used to purchase any product available in the catalog, including promotional items.
  • It can be used for one or more orders and can also be used for orders with a value higher than that of the Gift Card.
  • If a purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted method.
  • The credit can be reduced until the indicated value is completely exhausted.
  • To use the Gift Card, enter the code received via email in the appropriate field at checkout ("Discount Code") and its value will be deducted from the amount to be paid

4. Limitations

  • The codes cannot be combined with other Gift Card codes and other Codes.
  • The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card and cannot be converted into cash.
  • The Gift Card cannot be converted into cash, refunded or replaced if not used.
  • Stimm.com is not responsible for Gift Cards being sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.

  • Stimm.com reserves the right to refuse orders placed using Gift Cards that show signs of duplication or fraudulent use.

5. Return and refund

  • The customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract during the 14-day Withdrawal Period without giving any reason provided that the Gift Card(s) has not been used.
  • Orders placed via Gift Card can be returned. The gift card will be refunded first, and the remaining balance will be paid using the same original payment method.
