Returns and Refunds

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by sending us an email to the email address resi@stimm.com , indicating the order number and reason for cancellation. If the order is refused upon delivery or remains undelivered, the full amount, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded upon return.

MADE

You can always return an item if it doesn't meet your expectations. Returns can be made within 14 (fourteen) days of the item's delivery date.

To activate the return procedure, it will be necessary to send a written communication to the email address resi@stimm.com , using the return form , indicating the reason for the return, the items returned, and the shipping preference.

As soon as Stimm's authorization, complete with instructions, arrives, you can send the products to be returned to the following address:

within fourteen days from the return authorization date.

It is necessary to fill out and attach the appropriate form return form , which must be included inside the package.

The Customer who intends to make a return must return the products:

  • properly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect resalable condition (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and equipped with all accessories, instructions for use, documentation and labels.
  • without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the item and must not be in such a condition as to not permit resale.

If the returned Products do not meet the described characteristics, the return will not be valid. The risks associated with the destruction or damage of the returned Products during shipping are borne by the Customer; if the Products are not considered intact, the return will not be valid and therefore no refund will be issued. The customer must therefore send their own carrier to collect the goods.

If the return has been exercised following the methods and terms indicated above, STIMM will refund the relevant price paid within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which STIMM received and verified the returned Product.

Otherwise, Stimm may avail itself of the right to refuse the shipment and refund.

Shipping Costs

ITALY: Shipping costs are always paid by the customer.

The shipping costs associated with the return of the Products will be borne by the Customer via a courier of his choice.

You can arrange the return of your items through our service. The service fee is €5, which will be deducted from the refund for the value of the returned products.

In the case of a second return, shipping costs are always paid by the customer.

Shipping costs related to any postal storage will be
always at the Customer's expense. In any case, the risks associated with the destruction or
Damage to the returned Products during shipping shall be borne by the
Customer.

ABROAD: Shipping costs for returning Products are always borne by the customer, who will use his own courier.

Product Conditions

The return will not be possible in cases where STIMM finds:
1. Even partial use of the property;
2. The absence of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
3. The absence of integral elements of the product;
4. Damage to the product due to causes other than its transport.
In this case, STIMM will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the latter the shipping costs.
