Delivery times : Within 2-5 working days of receiving the package.

Shipping and return costs :

• Free for orders with an initial total value of more than €160.
• €10.00 for orders with a total value of less than €160.
• €5.00 for all returns (if arranged by STIMM) .
• For Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia, and the islands, delivery may take an additional day.

Abroad

Delivery times: Within 5 working days from the delivery of the package.

Order shipping costs: always paid
In this case, shipping costs are calculated and indicated on the order confirmation screen.
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location, weight, quantity, and size of the packages.

Our courier delivers Monday through Friday during office hours. Two delivery attempts will be made. After the second attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Any storage fees will be charged to the customer.

Stimm does not accept orders for delivery to the municipalities of Livigno and Campione d'Italia.

Return Shipping Costs: always at the expense of the customer who will use his own forwarder.

Stimm reserves the right to ask the customer to pay additional shipping costs if the package exceeds the standard dimensions of 65 x 35 x 14 cm (for the purchase of more than one item). Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days from the date the package ships. In exceptional cases, the waiting time may be longer.
