STIMM Fidelity Card (hereinafter “Fidelity Card”)

1) Recipients of the Loyalty Card

The STIMM Fidelity Card is intended exclusively for customers of Road Group SpA, its subsidiaries and STIMM Srl (hereinafter “ Stimm ”).

Its use is only possible in physical stores (offline).

2) What is the Fidelity Card?

The Fidelity Card allows the Holder to participate in loyalty programs and in particular in all campaigns (point collections, prepaid credits, subscriptions, repeat purchases, discount campaigns) promoted by Stimm. The Fidelity Card is nominative. The Holder is entitled to only one Fidelity Card and is required to use it exclusively for private and non-commercial purposes.

3) Card release

The Fidelity Card is issued completely free of charge, upon correct and complete completion of the subscription form. Failure to complete, incomplete or untruthful completion of the form will result in the impossibility of issuing or revocation of the Fidelity Card itself. The Holder also undertakes to communicate to Stimm any changes in his/her personal data.

The data provided by the Data Controller will be processed by Stimm in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and EU Regulation no. 670/2016), as specified in the specific Information provided at this link .

4) Use of the Loyalty Card

To take advantage of the benefits associated with the Fidelity Card, it is necessary to present the same before paying for the services/products purchased from Stimm or to indicate your name with an identification document.

5) Loss, damage, theft, manipulation, counterfeiting or malfunction of the Fidelity Card

In the event of loss, damage or theft of the Fidelity Card, the Holder is required to promptly notify Stimm, which, after verifying the identification data of the Holder, undertakes to cancel and replace the old Fidelity Card with a new one and to credit to the latter, within the necessary technical times, all benefits that may have been accumulated and not used.

Stimm reserves the right to verify the validity of the Cards presented and to refuse those that are counterfeit or otherwise subject to manipulation.

Stimm is not responsible for any fraudulent, improper or abusive use of the Fidelity Card.

Stimm is not responsible for any consequences, direct or indirect, connected to malfunctions of the Fidelity Card and the systems for its management not dependent on its will. Stimm undertakes to do everything possible to guarantee the Holders the recovery of any benefits accumulated and not used.

6) Return of the Loyalty Card

The Cardholder may, at any time, return his/her Fidelity Card to Stimm.

The refund entails the renunciation of any benefits that may have been accumulated and not used.

7) Validity and revocation of the Loyalty Card

The Fidelity Card does not expire, but Stimm reserves the right to revoke it at any time and without notice, in the event that it is not used for a period exceeding 12 months or in the event that it is used in a fraudulent or incorrect or harmful way towards Stimm or in any case in the event of use in violation of this regulation.

The revocation involves the cancellation of the Fidelity Card and the cancellation of any benefits that may have been accumulated and not used. Stimm reserves the right to request the return of any benefits acquired illegally (points, prizes, discounts, other), as well as to take any legal action against the Holder himself.

Subscribing to the Fidelity Card implies acceptance of the conditions set out in this Regulation.

8) Limits on the use of the Fidelity Card

The Fidelity Card benefits cannot be combined with:

  • end of season sales;
  • promotional sales or extraordinary sales;
  • items already on promotion;
  • purchases under 30 euros.
