Shipping and return costs:

• Free for orders and returns with an initial total value over €130.
• €10.00 for orders with an initial total value under €130.
• €10.00 for returns when the original order value was under €130.
• For Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Apulia, and the islands, delivery may take one additional day.

Order shipping costs: Always at the customer’s expense
In this case, shipping costs are calculated and shown on the order confirmation screen.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, weight, quantity, and volume of the packages.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Two delivery attempts will be made. After the second attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Any storage fees will be charged to the customer.

Stimm does not accept orders with delivery addresses in the municipalities of Livigno and Campione d’Italia.

Return shipping costs: Always at the customer’s expense, who must use their own courier.

Stimm reserves the right to charge the customer for additional shipping fees if the package exceeds the standard dimensions of 65 x 35 x 14 cm (e.g., for orders containing multiple items).
Normally, shipping takes a maximum of 2–5 working days from the shipment date. In exceptional cases, waiting times may be longer.
