The stages of a journey

1977

In Pieve di Soligo, Angela and Ottavio Casagrande open their first shoe store, starting a small family business.

1977

Also in Pieve di Soligo, after the entry of sons Roni and Denis into the business, the first clothing and accessories store was opened.

1977

The opening of the Conegliano store marks the beginning of an expansion phase characterized by the adoption of a concept design based on the principles of creative reuse, which becomes a strategic positioning choice and an expression of the new entrepreneurial vision.

1977

The opening of the store in Porcia, on the outskirts of Pordenone, entirely dedicated to the world of footwear and accessories, confirms the out-of-region development strategy.

1977

The opening of the San Vendemiano store is a clear statement of the new entrepreneurial direction; the store is transformed into a veritable stage, capable of stimulating the consumer's senses and imagination, offering an all-encompassing and immersive in-store experience.

1977

The company, in a phase of full development, is accelerating and undertaking a rebranding of its business, giving rise to STIMM, an acronym for Shopping Therapy in My Mind. The market immediately grasps the message that consistently "dresses" the advanced retail concept of its stores.

1977

The first collection of STIMM branded footwear and accessories is launched. Its success is immediate within the complex structure of the offering; the STIMM private label organically aligns with the high-profile brands, which grow in quality season after season.

2015

2015 marks STIMM's entry into the digital world, first with social media and then with the launch of the online shop, expanding Stimm's market visibility. Multi-channel practices are adopted as a strategic approach to offer customers multiple touchpoints, increasing interaction and conversion opportunities.

2020

The opening of the Belluno concept store marks a further evolutionary phase. Housed in a historic building in the city center, the former Bank of Italy headquarters, spread over three floors—the Vault, the Ground Floor, and the Cashier’s Hall—the store blends modernist elegance with the experimental standards of contemporary retail.

2021

Restyling of the shoe store in Pieve di Soligo, with the introduction of the outdoor department. Stimm anticipates the urban active trend that draws on the functional forms of technical mountain apparel, offering a wide and qualified selection of iconic brands from all over the world.

2024

Robert Kuśmirowski's exhibition, entitled PERSO[A]NOMALIA, at the Bologna Museum of Modern Art, investigates themes of memory. The Polish artist selected some furnishings owned by STIMM. The great success of the exhibition confirms the affinity between Stimm and contemporary art.

2025

Restyling of the Altivole store, near Montebelluna, is experimenting with a smaller format than all other stores. The quantitative reduction of brands does not affect the emotional impact; the STIMM experience remains just as powerful even under 500 sq m.
