The story of Buttero, a Sani family brand since 1974, is a story with a Tuscan flavour and typical of a land of strong flavours and a harsh and pungent nature: the name comes from the ancient Italian cowboys who roamed the Maremma marshes. Then there are the artisans at work in the headquarters located in the heart of the tanning district between Pisa and Florence, where they hide the best vegetable-tanned leathers, a fundamental ingredient for their shoes, bags and accessories, which just like the best wines age splendidly during use.
